Here are the upcoming updates and news for the Reality Gem Season:
No character updates this season.
Nightcrawler (Classic) will become a Latest 4-Star, and Mordo (Master of the Mystic Arts) will become a Vintage 4-Star
Please Note: This Versus Season’s pack changes will be updated on Wednesday afternoon, before reverting back to the usual Thursday mornings for the following Versus Seasons.
Always a bummer. @Brigby, when no character updates are planned for a season is it because the devs are too busy with something else? Is there something exciting on the horizon, or can you not say?
Very disappointing that no changes were planned or any issues at least addressed. Character updates keep the game fresh.
Would be good to at least hear thoughts on current Gambit and PvP wins frustrations.
It’s a good move. Do nothing for a season so people think Gambat is safe and they rush-build a 005 with CP. Then drop the nerf hammer during the holidays on a friday while saying “on holiday until 2018.”
Very disappointed there are no reworks. There is
no nothing really. @Brigby I do not envy your position. I appreciate your
situation and am disappointed recently by the support you receive and by in turn the information that is passed through to us here.
Brigby, you do one helluva great job and are vastly under appreciated. Definitely not directing this at you but extremely discouraged by the lack of character updates ( probably my personal favorite part of a new season and so many need buffs). I am even more dissapointed that the player base is being ignored about our massive dislike of the insane win system and CP being placement, not progression.
I really think going into this new season many are already burnt out by 5* and even 0-0-5 build 3* gambit running ( and ruining ) the game. I understand he’s the current cash cow but he needs to be addressed & reworked before he breaks the game further. Love him or hate him, he is broken beyond belief and way past the normal 5* typical power level of the tier.
Lastly, in a mobile game which relies on player satisfaction leading to better player spending… do you think we need a better way to integrate changes based on player feedback? Seems like D3 is marching to its own drum and throwing the masses to the wolves lately. I’d like to see that changed and get rid of all the toxicity surrounding MPQ currently. The forum is overwhelmingly negative and mostly rightfully so.
