Red circle on black screen after initial MPQ load screen

It never progresses past the swirling red.
The game has be uninstalled re-installed.
Steam has been uninstalled and re-installed.
This has been the case for two weeks now.
I’ve put in a ticket and heard no solutions.
The last action taken in-game(two weeks ago) was to collect a roster slot from a spin in the vault.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Mind sending me a DM with your IGN so we can troubleshoot? It’s a familiar bug that we fixed a few releases ago so this might be a different variant.
