What if 4* Red Hulk ends up feeding 5* Sentry?? That would be a nice touch now when Red Hulk is not allowed to be in the Thunderbolt movie even though he in the comics is also a “Thunderbolt” himself. And 3* Sentry could rightfully switch out his (totally misplaced) Ikaris feed to Red Hulk instead. Voila, circle is complete! 
It’s possible? But it seems really unlikely as I don’t think there is any strong canon connection between the characters.
Who knows though.

I won’t say more than this but I am almost 100% certain that the first 5 from Thunderbolts won’t be fed by Red Hulk.
And the devs base feeder connections, usually, on actual comic or movie connections. A rumor or possibility or even a surprise role in a movie wouldn’t be enough.
Sentry feeds Icarus because they are both Superman.
