Red ISO and other tournament question/frustration

I apologize if this is a repeat thread. Although I could not find anything on the forums.

Can someone please explain to me in tournament play why some missions I can replay for rewards and others give me a red checkmark and I cannot play them again. This is very frustrating and I am unsure why this is and cannot figure it out. I am a very heavy player and usually in the top 10 but always lose out on spots wanted to do to the missions being blocked. For example the current red ISO tournament I am unable to play any missions repeat but I was able to play two of them repeat. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I CANNOT REPLAY ALL MISSIONS?!..Again I am sorry if this is a repeat thread

Yeah, we have a discussion of the event in general going, thread title is: Oh god, not this again - Red iso 8!

But to answer at least part of your question the red checkmarks are intentional and (are supposed to be) applied to everyone.

The (possibly) odd thing about this event is some of the repeatables drop to 0 red iso reward, then go back up and down and so forth.

I’ve been struggling with the same question. I was all set to play missions for 5 each until I reached 1st place when the values dropped to two, and then one. Then, as I was playing missions for tiny amounts, my rank went down. People were gaining on me, even though there should be no way is scoring that high. Then, the values disappeared. I’m locked out of the race while others keep scoring.

Guaranteed spiderman pack for 1400. You can train his abilities for 1250 right…?

Yeah, I thought it made sense when those packs were a little less, making it good for people that still need to train several skills. Now, there’s no way you’d get those, unless you had none of them, and in that case, I’d rather wait til I got one at that price.

The packs should be priced at either 1200 or 1250 since the price for a 3*** upgrade is 1250. Only advantage is if you are missing a original cover color.

1400 price is only for those who did not have any ability of spidey or have one and want to gamble for others. If you have all abilities you just train them for 1250. It is logical. If there will be a trade function I will try to sell rag red ability for 3000HP and believe me I think that this one would sold pretty quick

Id pay way more than 1400 for a red rag cover, but then i would probably get another green, fml icon_e_sad.gif

That’s exactly why these should cost 1250 at most. If you have a skill maxed (or at 3 for the desired lowest) then the cover you win is potentially worthless. I have 3 purple spiders and as much as I would love to have a blue (or even a yellow), there is no way I am gambling on these.

I am in the same situation, I need a yellow, could use a blue but would be losing 150 points on the training cost and a purple would lose me 1325 points.
