I accidentally tapped the registration button for Trial of the Planes. Since there is no confirmation prompt (seriously, how do you not have a confirmation prompt?) I have now lost 60 crystals. How do I get a refund? I haven’t played the event.
Hey Srfin, you’ll need to contact the Customer Support team so they can provide this refund. Please keep in mind that this is a one-time service, so they won’t be able to do it again if you’ve already done it once. Thanks, I’ll do that. You should change the one-time service policy though and provide refunds an unlimited number of times as long as the event isn’t played. Bad UI design is your fault, not the users’.
This policy is only a one-time exception service, because there will be confirmation buttons added in the upcoming update that should prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
