The text for the token creature Phyrexian Mite says:
“At the beginning of combat on your turn:
If this creature has 3 or more reinforcements, it gains Toxic 3 until end of turn.
If this creature has 5 or more reinforcements, it gains Toxic 5 until end of turn.
If this creature has 9 or more reinforcements, it gains Toxic 7 until end of turn.”
However, this doesn’t seem to be working correctly, at least not in the White node of Revolving Planeswalk. Watch this video, which I recorded during that event:
At the start of the video, my opponent has a Phyrexian Toxin support reinforced 10x, and I have a Phyrexian Mite reinforced 8x. According to the text on Mite, it should gain Toxic 5 at the start of combat on my turn, but it doesn’t; it and 1 other creature that are both Toxic 1 swing, and at the start of my next turn you can see that the opponent’s Phyrexian Toxin token is only reinforced 12x (which is what you’d expect after two hits from Toxic 1 creatures).
The following turn, I cast the Juggernaut that I drew at the end of this video, and reinforced my Mite 2 more times; when it swung that time, it did appear that it gave my opponent multiple Toxin supports, however my tokens also hit for normal lethal damage and ended the match, so I wasn’t able to check how many reinforcements Phyrexian Toxin got. But it may be the case that Mites work fine at 9+ reinforcements, and just aren’t working correctly at 3+ and 5+ reinforcements.
