So whenever Rekindling Phoenix comes back from the graveyard from the 0/1 token it no longer gets haste

Is the game freeze bug fixed? Trying to figure out if things got even worse or less worse.
If your referring to when Rekindling Phoenix when he returned you had to replace a creature even with just 2 that has been fixed confirmed by Brigby but Phoenix doesn’t have haste when he returns to the battlefield.
