I thought once you championed a character you could respec them without any charges. I won another green Moon knight and wanted to raise his green…I did this and the game took 120 CP instead…what happened? I have never complained or called CS, and I don’t know how to submit a ticket…BTW…before I realized what had happened I sold the green Moonknight still in my cache of heroes.
they admitted a bug recently that did this… instead of respec’ing characters, it used up your CP. People without CP were actually unable to respec their champ characters. Submit a help ticket by clicking on the support tab of this forum (top of screen, right most tab) and follow the directions to submit a customer support ticket.

Thank you…I actually figured it out…submitted a ticket…but, my bad, my Moonknight isn’t champed, just max covered. I hope they will still give me back my 120 CP though, I still had the cover to respec him and they took my CP instead.
