So I’ve been playing Riri with IM40 and I just noticed that I can’t collect any more points for her red power past 30? Is it supposed to be this way or is there a problem?
30 is the max ap you can have in any color, including team up

It took me way longer than it should have to realize that AP capped at 30.
Honestly, I had no idea and I downloaded this game at its Android launch. Not that it ever mattered. The only possible reason I can think of to (purposefully) save 30 or more AP is with Hulkbuster’s red or Ares’ green to take down a boss like Galactus or someone of similar ilk in one shot.
There have been times I wished I could double-tap GSBW’s green. Also, 2* Storm’s green could be obscenely good with no cap on AP.
With IM40, Riri and Coulson it’s quite easy to do. I usually let Coulson’s Purple charge 2 red tiles and then pair them up with other charged red tiles. Do that 3 times on top of the load that IM40 gives you and you could do an endless flurry of Gauntlets.
But if there were no 30 cap, Mordo (purple) would be taking people down left, right & centre
