Today Rising Tensions: Selesnya Conclave costs me 100 crystals because of SWW error, when I treid to enter 20mins ago. :-/

If you were overcharged when attempting to join this event, Customer Support can make sure that you are credited for any lost currency. Please submit a support ticket including your account UID, the name of the event, and the approximate time and date that you ran into this problem, and they would be happy to help.

Just reply explaining that they misunderstand your issue and that you were incorrectly charged currency for a server error. That should get you past a bot to a person

On the other side it is just 80 crystals - one pack of common cards :wink:
