Allright guys, i simply need some feedback on my roster- or even better: tell me what Covers i should get or get rid of.. Or (of course) improve.
Rip my decisions apart as you wish!

I would drop Moonstone. She is not that useful of a character. Even when she is buffed in a PvP (Nefarious Foes) or PvE (Simulator, Sentry PvE IIRC), there are far better choices.
I would also drop Rags if you really need the space. He isn’t buffed or used much outside of Lightning Rounds, so it is fairly safe to drop him.
In your case, I would drop Captain 2*. I already did in my roster long ago and I had him at lvl 60 too. He might be buffed in few PVE but who cares? He wont be that much of a difference unless he is the essential (Highly unlikely). You could also drop Spidey. I kept him for the last PVE and now deleted him for adding a 1* for the PVP. Many people like Spidey, I will have him someday too. I just don’t want to occupy my slot with him while it can be used better.
Another possible drop can be Rags. But, that is up to you. You can keep him since the current PVP has Rags rewards, but until they assure me he will get a 3rd power, he has no space in my roster. Same goes for all other 2 power 3*. Just a plain fat NO! But that is my point of view
Before you drop a 3* cover with only 2 abilities remember in New York they said they would be giving these characters a third ability. Right now they are not usefull and will be pulled out of heroci covers for the next season, but in a month or year they might have a 3rd ability and you could regret selling them. I would keep everyone you have until you get more 3* covers. 2* cap and Moonstone might not be very good but with a limited roster of 2* they could win a couple of matches in PVP and PVE. I would not recomend using health packs on either of the 2 but i would rather take on 1 more battle with 1 of those 2 to try and get placement than give up and not recieve a cover.
