Dump Yellow Storm and replace red thor with green thor. I’d cut Bullseye and Daredevil from your roster to pick up C. Mags and LazyCap covers: Bullseye in practice just doesn’t do much, and he’s much worse than the other covers you have.

Hmm… is there anyone else I should consider cutting aside from Bullseye? Just checking to see if you think there’s anyone else. If not, I guess I could either cut him or see if I can get the HP to buy another Roster spot.
Yeah, try to spend all your HP on roster slots till you have all the characters. It doesn’t seem like theres anyone else that you can cut: all of your 2*/3*s seem pretty good.
Alright. If you guys are sure I should go with Thor’s Green upgrade, I will. And I’m working on trying to get another Roster Spot. Already got 75 HP from… some events ending. Hopefully I can do well enough in the Human Torch event to get some more.
Okay. I updated my roster for this morning to see if I could get some advice from everyone. Hopefully I can start getting more covers for the 3-Stars I have, though they’ve been fairly slow going so far.
Should I just try leveling up whatever characters as much as I can, or wait to see who gets a boost from the Heroic Venom and go from that for boosts? I’ll probably keep doing either the LRs and maybe the Human Torch event for more Iso-8, as well as seeing if I could get lucky enough to pull an HT cover with an Inferno Token.
There is no reason not to wait until tomorrow to see what heroes are featured: you wouldnt really benefit from leveling any of your guys today. Im guessing heroic venom will feature either thor or wolvie so you can base your leveling decisions off of that.
You want to avoid dumping ISO into characters you’re not going to use (like your 4* Wolverine). It can be tempting to put Iso into three-stars, but if you’re at the two-star stage it doesn’t help you win fights. Keep in mind that a two-star character is going to be stronger than a three-star at the same level. My advice is to let your three-star guys sit until you have enough covers to level them past 85.
Polarity: Yeah, I keep coming back to that. It would seem dumb if I leveled up one character, then a different one or two gets boosts that I COULD HAVE leveled up. I’m probably just going to keep working on getting more Iso-8 today.
Dormammu: You’re probably right. I won’t be able to do much with my 3-Stars until I’m somehow able to get more covers for them and get them up to better levels. I’ll try to stick to just leveling up my 2-Stars for now.
I’ve updated my Roster since it’s been a while since I made this topic. Figured it’d be better than making a new topic.
Looking for advice now on which 2-Stars you guys think I should work on leveling up and maxing first? I figure it’d best to focus on those for now before trying to move onto 3-Star characters.
You’ve already got a maxed Thor, OBW, and C.Storm, so you don’t necessarily need to max anyone else. Ares + OBW is defensively more potent than Thor + OBW, because Ares hits very hard for low AP cost. AWolv’s strike tiles have a bit of synergy with OBW’s Espionage, so that’s a viable option, too. However, he’s far less generally intimidating than Ares.
I’d say that your safe 'n solid offensive pair would be Thor + OBW, and if you want to play a higher-risk game, then Ares + OBW or even Ares + Thor. For a full three-person complement, you can’t go wrong with Thorverine + OBW, though swapping in Ares for Thor would, again, be scarier on defense.
So, if anything, max out Ares. He’s quite intimidating.
yeah 4/4/5 is definitely his best build as it maximizes the damage for green and red, red 5 only ups his health threshold when using it(25% to 30% which really isn’t that much) and 5 green just lowers the cost to 5ap as opposed to 6 ap, which again, is just 1ap difference, it’s extremely rare i’d use green at 5 ap as opposed to 6.
Okay. I was wondering what the differences would be. Just the 1 AP cost doesn’t seem too bad for Green, especially if it means Red will do more damage. It took me a while to get three Red Ares covers. Hopefully I can eventually find a 4th.
