I am fairly new to the game and am kind of stuck on how to decide which characters to level. Here my roster (click to enlage):
I’d really appreciate some advice on who to level next and which setups to build to.

Seriously go read the thread Locked linked for you - it’s good stuff.
But for the TL;DR version, I’d be concentrating on IM35, Ares and Storm for now as they’re probably your best options.
