I see a lot of people keep track of their rosters through gamependium. If you create an account does it update things automatically, or do you have to continually enter things in? Or another way to ask that question: Does gamependium interface automatically with your MPQ login?
There is no connectivity between Gampendium and MPQ. You have to do it manually.

It is pretty easy if you are playing on a phone and have a computer to update on Gampendium.
