It was meant to be an Approach deck but that’s ended up an optional extra. I’ve occasionally cast it, but it’s usually “meh” because I have an 80/20 First Strike Minotaur (which certainly sounds like a Giant Spectacle to me!)

Tried other things apart from Trueheart Duelist but it actually does help with some stuff for various reasons.

Sword of the Animist is “more of a good thing” rather than a necessity.
Struggle to Survive is probably the thing I don’t have that would help the most.

So, this week I decided to play pauper, but only one planeswalker wasn’t going to be feasible for me, so I played two different walkers.

Dovin is doing all of my heavy lifting, with Chandra 1 fighting only Bolas. I don’t have the cards to make Dovin compete against Bolas with his creature hating deck of Doom. Chandra took 169 turns to win, but didn’t take more than 60 damage from the false God.

I think I need to figure out how to speed through Bolas so I can beat @ElfNeedsFood’s time… not likely to happen with my collection, but I will try it.

Second Sun is the key to Bolas with Dovin.

So far this weekend I’ve used two planeswalkers on one lap of RGP each. Went perfect with Samut and missed two optional objectives with N2. Now I’m 2/3 through Sarkhan. He’s missing more optionals than N2.
