Two big problems with the game, that I hope will be fixed soon:

  1. Rubberbanding/impossible events. When you have “farmed” out an entire (PVE) event, and are rank 200, but no more points can be acquired from ANY missions. Knowing that you have absolutely NO chance at getting anything decent from the event despite your hard work is very discouraging.

  2. Save files are local. This is bad for 2 reasons: cheating, and people also knowing that their accounts can get wiped at any time (and losing all the actual cash they spent)

The biggest factor in destroying a games player base is knowing that all hard work in a game is lost/insignificant.

Save files are only partially local. Most of the data is stored on the servers. Go ahead and be a leet hax0r – you’ll get banned.

And if you link your account to Facebook it won’t get lost. And support can restore your account as well.
