MPQ anniv.party’s still 4.5days but current C.Arms n venomheroic no longer rewarding any anniversary token.
That’s so lame.
I believe they decide to drop ann.token when they saw jawdroppingrecordbreaking pvp score over anniversary-10pack (which is boost hp sell to shieldhop).
They purposely closing our chance to get the best of token: 3*-4* ISO/HP (or dino if u like her).
So,now our only option is from top 25 versus overall score. On my bracket,to maintain top 25 need 1700+ on the remaining 2pvp. so lame.
PS: a present is not a present if we have to compete for it.
Agreed. Although if you are scoring that high, shouldn’t you get the 10 pack at 3K? I wish the 10 pack was at 2500 since only 1-2% will have any chance at getting it.
Outside of the double ISO, everything else you said was in the weekend. The better rewards come at 2100+ meaning needing to average 700. I know many here can but its not the easiest thing to do for the majority.
OP is right, beverages are running out. He didn’t say it wasn’t great while it lasted.
Maybe I am old, but I can’t party at full volume for 7 days straight. A chill jam session in the middle so I can rest up for the finale actually sounds like a good plan.
Well what’s disappointing to me is that Devil Dino is a limited edition release. It won’t be available outside of this week (going by what they’ve hinted at). The hardest of hardcore players can’t even get a fully covered one by the end of the week without luck from tokens. That is pretty ridiculous. The top 1% can earn an additional cover or two. At the very least they should have made 12 covers able to be earned through intense play, 4 of each so you can choose your build. Players still have the option to not play, or maybe unable to place well in an event, and buy token packs for the same results. Unless there is a complete swing of events later this week, I’m pretty irritated over how they’re rolling out Devil Dino. Out of 25 Anniversary tokens, I have pulled 1 Devil Dino and I was stupid and bought the 10 pack that had no dino.
So overall it started off great but now I feel deflated and question why I worked so hard to get first in Tex-Mex since my 1/1/3 Devil Dino won’t be usable for quite a long time.
I am an optimist, as I said in another thread being so puts me in a good mood instead of a hating everything mood. Seems like a good point of view based on that alone. Choosing to wait till the end to pass judgement does involve giving d3 some benefit of the doubt, but why is hating on D3 superior to not hating on them?
Except there’s actually plenty to objectively hate about this game’s goings-on and that has been the case for over half a year.
Managing to fuck up their own anniversary celebration though? Yeah, that takes either a very special kind of stupid or a very special kind of not-giving-a-damn.
There’s apparently more to love than hate though since the haters still keep playing. I’m treating this week the same as any other - some events will be good, some will be bad. At least with Combined Arms I’m not facing the endless slog of Sentry / Daken | Hood / Featured character. Any event that avoids that is a good one in my mind.
Very true. Combined Arms and Balance of Power are always refreshing. (And are very illustrating of why Demiurge should widen the 1* and 2* game and entice people to also play at that level until they can build to 3*.)

And yet here you are. I’d far rather be an optimist than a masochist.
There is a lot of shit in life you have to deal with. Continuing to do an optional activity that creates hate is incomprehensible. It’s like Sentry. Definitely in need of serious therapy.

Same here. Okay, I could party at full volume for 7 days straight but it would wreak havoc with the rest of my life. I’m at an age where I no longer find that a good thing. But now that I think about it, MPQ will never be a full party. I seriously like playing but the best parties always involve nakedness and there are no hands left for playing virtual games.
Much better is the situation where both you and your wife are in mid nakedness and you both exclaim at the same time “I need to shield-hop one more time”. Too bad it won’t happen to us any time soon cause we’re not yet at the level where we can even contemplate shield hopping.
