Sanctum of the Sun (Azor's Gateway) [Investigating]

I have been running Azor’s Gateway together with Approach of the Second Sun. Recently I have noticed that instead of getting 4 life and 4 mana from AoSS with Sanctum of the Sun active, I am gaining 4 life and 2 mana instead.

This means that the mana gained is further halved when it should be equal to the (already halved) life gained.

whenever i attack with a liflinked creature i get life half the attack power (wich is normale) and then iget mana half life gained instead of the same amount of gained life like stated in card discription.
to recap i get mana 1/4 th of attack power insyead of 1/2
