Scoreboard improvements

I understand that a fully scrollable scoreboard is impractical from a server standpoint. A few suggestions for scoreboard improvements:

  1. Add a scoreboard search function similar to alliance search, at least for alliances.
  2. Besides your score, only top 10 is visible. Make the reward threshold scores visible as well (T25, 50, 100, 250).
