This glitch appears everywhere. It appears every time I look at the Story Screen. It appears during the loading transitions. It even appears when looking at cards, so I can’t read the full card details at all.
Not sure how to reproduce. Reinstalling the game temporarily fixes it, but opening the game again for a 2nd time after reinstalling brings the issue right back.
This is a total blocker.
