So Season V wrapped up and I was hoping to finally pull old Nick out of one of the heroics. Heck, even She-Hulk would have been decent.
Instead I was greeted by a hoard of soon-to-be-iso heroes, smiling back and grinning.

I’ve bought 2 X 42 packs with 0 gold covers total, and I once opened a 10 pack of heroic with 8 X 3 Star, a 4 star and 1 x 2 star. The whole system is a jib.
She-Hulk isn’t even listed on the list for covers obtainable by heroics in-game unless it’s wrong.
I got my heroic tokens as well. Got one gold out of them. Loki.
Frankly I would be disappointed if I got Fury. Maintaining one of his covers blocking my roster slot knowing that I will not max him out, because I will not invest HP to buy his covers, and my alliance is not competing for top 100 places anyway, is useless. I would more appreciate covers for Hulk, LCap, GSBW, LThor etc, basically majority of those fairly old 3* characters which would help me more in my 2* → 3* transition.
But currently the more characters are out there the lower probability there is.
(PS I hear you guys who have your 3* characters maxed, there’s not much left for you in those tokens anyway…)

Of the three 10-packs I’ve opened (I’ve got three more stockpiled), I’ve gotten gold tokens in exactly one of them, both GSBW, only one of which I needed (at the time). I’ve learned not to expect anything.
I’ve gotten so many she hulk covers from heroic tokens that I could of built a second she hulk although she is not listed
I’ve gotten 3 gold covers out of tokens that I won this season.
No, that isn’t an exaggeration.
I got one gold cover out of my 10 pack at 4000 points.
I got two gold covers out of my 10 pack for finishing in the top 50 for the season.
All the PVE tokens, PVP 300 and 900 point tokens and all the standard tokens. Nothing.
I did get a sentry cover when I, on a whim, bought a token from the store.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we found out that the chances for gold covers were lowered when you won a token, versus when you bought one.
But that’s just the conspiracy theorist in me.
Amen. Learnt very early as a F2P person that Roster slots are the Infinity Gems of MPQ - these matter above all else. So long as you spend your hard earned points on that and nothing else, you’ll have shown Odin-like wisdom (unless you are P2P then it’s your prerogative 
)
my season 5 10pack- one IW, one sentry green (which i sold cause i’m maxed on that one) and the rest ISO. disappointed as well. what i dont get is that the iso and hp awards for a season long haul are so low. its weird to get 2000 iso and 100hp from a 2 day pvp and then see only 500 iso and 50hp from a month long season…
I am stockpiling mine for when they finally do something with the heroics to deal with the dilution issue.
The last time I did a 10 pak I got 0
so I have no issues in waiting.
Only a 4 pack here. One Fury and the others ISO. More disappointed at my season score.
I might cash mine in then. I was gonna wait until I got the one from Season 6 before I cashed them.
SV 10-pack: zero 3*'s.
SV end 8 heroics: zero 3*'s.
I was adding up 3* covers this morning: 332 needed to max. More will be collected of course with extras thrown away, re-covering, etc.
If you got one a day, maybe you’d be fully covered in a year.
I think making it so folks pulled 2-3 a week would have them looking forward to opening tokens, rather than just assuming it is a garbage reward.
I got 7 tokens for season end, pulled two Golds, both of which I didn’t need, red Torch and red Daredevil, and picked up a red Cap from falcon which I also didn’t need. Maybe the game is trying to tell me something about the color red?
13 tokens here and I got a green Hulk and blue Falcon. Needed neither so all ISO for me
From 5 tokens rewarded for placing 90th I got

Sold the HT cover as I didn’t need it, but IM40 was welcome addition. 2.5.3 now. Other 3 were 
conversion.

I received 2 ten-packs for Season V.
Pack 1 - all 2 stars
Pack 2 - 5 x 2 stars, 4 x 3 stars, 1 x 4 star.
I used one 3 star to reconfigure Hulk. The rest were sold for ISO.
Disappointment comes when expectations are not meant. If you look at the Heroic 10-pack as a 2500 ISO bonus then you will never be disappointed.
the season rewards are only really meant to be a way for them to give a little bonus iso/hp to us. It adds a little carrot on the end of the stick, keeping people grinding out event after event despite many veterans (or whales) not needing any covers whatsoever. Whether you treat it this way or not is totally up to you, but you’ll be much less disappointed if you see it as stuff they’re basically giving you for free and just play the way you normally would, as opposed to some huge tournament you have to always struggle/grind in to keep your rank.
