Is there a way to find out what the TiTS secondary objectives are before selecting a PW? It seems like a fairly big oversight so I assume I am just missing where to find this info.

The problem with the list in the 1.9 update is that it doesn’t say how much the secondaries are worth. If you changed things around and made it like the new coalition event then the secondary objectives could be worth more than the win. How they’re weighted is important.
For the current TitS event it is:
4 win
2 first secondary objective
1 second secondary objective
