The system… Is down

The problem I have is that some players get hit by server outage, whereas others can continue playing and gather points.
And D3 will claim that server outage affects every one! And ignore the complaints…
So Heavy Metal is the cursed event. 
Ahhhh server errors, oh how we’ve missed you. Welcome back. And on a holiday weekend too. I don’t see this getting resolved in a timely fashion.
My OH has got nothing, but I’m working fine. We’re sat in the same room, and everything else internet is working on her computer. It’s just weird.
Lovely, just had a message that my shield has expired and I should prepare to be attacked.
Was sat at number 3 in the table but now with no events I guess I’m completely screwed.
The big issue with this of course is that a bad score in 1 event gives you no chance of a top reward for the season in PVP.
Doubt we’ll have to wait til Tuesday.
All it takes is for 1 person from d3 or Demi to log into game or forums to see that shits fkd up ATM.
If they let it stay down til Tuesday they’d prolly lose 20% of their player base.
Well, now my connection seems to be out as well. I’m guessing that their server shards are going down one by one. Hopefully they have weekend cover.
Does anyone know how many hours left for the PvP to finish?

one question, if server down, why I receive lost pts message from PVP?
Should end in three hours. I was hoping to snag a bunch of more points and secure a blue Daken cover, but unable to. Really annoying.
Sitting in Europe here, if it makes any difference. That others can play while one is sidelined does feel very unfair.

It’s good. I thought there were 5 hours or so left to finish. I have more hope to be able to play the event now. I hope servers are back before it ends. I mean at least before 5 hours to its finish.
So is it 15 or 3 hours to finish? 
You are being treated by the system as offline. If you’re not shielded you can lose pts.
