that is plenty good for those not greatly affected (very good actually) but many were on the cusp of reaching 1K and no, that would not make up for an xf black. I really get ocd when servers go down so I was one of the first to get on, but many were in the middle of hops.
+1 and I know of other games that have done so, especially when it involved Legendary cards so I didn’t mind spending money because they made it right.
As i have learned, they do not compensate for PVP.. for what MIGHT have been.. CS has been very clear on that. I missed my XFW because of the outage as well, nothing you can do about it.
I didn’t have great experiences in the past with the CS (a few seasons ago I was unable to play 3 events due to the infinite loading screen bug, and I did get nothing; they didn’t even issue “en masse” compensations for that), but I have the feeling that they improved a lot their policies in the past months.
I also understand that evaluating all the single positions is not an easy process, and probably a bit of determination on behalf of the player, while explaining its situation, is required.
I did lose some Oscorp points to the issue, but no big deal to me, as I’m not chasing rank in that anyway (I don’t have Sentry, don’t want him). I hit IF progression this morning and now I think I’m done.
The 250
puts me less than 200 from my next roster slot, and I’ve got just under 12 days to earn that to save my
from expiry. Should be no problemo. So, thanks, D3!
I liked it. It was the end of the oscorp sub and the crashing likely cost me one token for being top two, but since I haven’t pulled anything but 2* from Thu event, it was a tiny loss.
