In order to update MtGPQ infrastructure and servers we will be performing scheduled server maintenance tomorrow, September 15, 2016 at 2 PM UTC (10 AM EDT/7 AM PDT).
During the maintenance period the game will be unavailable. Downtime is expected to last approximately 3 hours.

GREAT timing doing this in the middle of the event.
Also, in game announcement says 10am UTC but forums say 2pm. Which is it?
It has always been at least double, so i’m going with 8 hours.
I’ll pick 4 hours on the principle that they added an extra hour to the estimate and it should be 2 hours, hence it will actually be 4 hours.

You think it’ll take 5 minutes but you keep a margin , or you think it will really last for 3 hours and therefore take 5 or 6 as usual ?
So much this. When these things happen in the middle of events, we really need to have the same information in both places. Right now players are confused.
Any changes to the cards?
Because the event is not where I want to learn that my cards no longer work the way I expect then to.
Assuming not based on his description of the maintenance.
Side note: Devs, you guys really should plan things better with events and maintenance time conflicts.

Games still up. Our did they change it to a mystery time to increase the suspense in game.
They are trying to shake up the meta.
It is too slow now so the fact the server can go down any moment forces players to build very fast decks for the event in attempt to avoid getting a loss cause of maintenance starting mid match
last time they just randomly did the maintenance unannounced, which lost me a game. Now I’m thinking I’m going to miss an entire round because of these delays and lack of communication.
