In order to implement a fix for the recent latency issues, we will be performing a scheduled server maintenance today, November 17, 2016 at 8 PM UTC (3 PM EST/12 PM PST).
During the maintenance period the game will be unavailable. Downtime is expected to last at least 2 hours.

any compensation planned for the almost full day of issues we have experienced trying to play or restructuring of the event?? I probably dont have any chance to even get all my progression rewards by this point.

Why don’t I have a activity hub
The events are time demanding
So because we love this game we try to schedule times to play
At these moments the game is unavailable because of crashes
=> Is there any reason to keep on playing ???
I still don’t have a activity hub when I open up the game what the heck is this alll about I messaged support and I get the normal response from them
Bumping because I’m still locked out of the app and support hasn’t responded in two days.
Really hoping I can play a few games this weekend. Probably quitting the game if this is really how bad the support staff is, for something that was promised as an “easy fix”…
