A ticket won’t do you any good. All they will say is it’s a latency issue.
Best way to avoid it is IMMEDIATELY check the leader boards after shielding.

Yeah, I got stung by that several times before. Sucks but there’s nothing they can/will do =/
You should still report a ticket so they know what is going on. That happened to me and they got back to me. I sucks but still submit a ticket and if it happens take a snap shot so they can see what is going on.
They know it happens, they know why it happens, it happens so frequently they have a copy/paste response for it. “the problem is on your end”
