Sigil of the Empty Throne - Doesn't make angel when you cast.

Hello team,

I t seems Sigil of the Empty Throne doesn’t trigger for himself anymore when it come to the playground.
So No 4/4 angel when you cast it

It also doesn’t trigger when you investigate.
So no more 4/4 Angel with Tamiyo’s Journal

I will figure out if it is the same with Ulvenwald Mysteries

Erf i Saw it was in the release note of the new version. For the Casting 4/4

But what about the investigate support ?
