@lokihot: There are generally at least 2 per slices. Some have reported 2 simultaneous vet brackets. Players split Noob and vet depending on your placing in previous pve. Don’t know how many events back it checks.
Maybe in 12 hrs time vet will fill but don’t count on it. That should leave enough time to hit progression daken at least.

My slice 2 bracket is still filling slowly. First sub just ended an hour ago:
