Skills not granting AP when destroying tiles

I came across a tip in-game that said that unless it specifically states that the skill does not grant AP, skills that break tiles are supposed to grant AP.

However, this isn’t the case for a few characters i’ve come across such as Magneto’s (3 Star Rare)
Magnetized Projectile (Red skill) and Black Widow’s (3 Star Rare) Sniper Rifle (Green skill). These skills destroy tiles, but don’t grant AP for the tiles destroyed and it does not state in the description that it does not generate AP.

I was wondering about this as well.

Wolverine’s Enraged Slash does not seem to generate AP on destroyed tiles too.
