Despite having a 141 Hulk myself, I do not look forward to this event. Grinding through Hulk HP every match is painful

My 141 hulk is going to have fun during this event. I wonder what the optimal team would be: maybe just 141 bp / 141 hulk / 141 LT for ultimate bags of meat.team.

My thoughts exactly.

I figure that the retaliations will be down a lot this tourney because few people will want to face a Hulk with a large boost and several levels of Anger.

This tourney should be called “Stunner’s Delight” because whoever can manage hulk’s anger the best stands a pretty good shot at placing well.

Lazy Cap, Classic Storm, and OBW (AGD to raise the countdown on Anger tiles) sound like good starts.

I’m thinking of spider-man/cmags/hulk team. A safe if a bit slow team but then again you have take it slow against Hulk anyway.

From what i’ve played against hulk teams, you don’t really need to play slow. I tend to just build up AP while killing the other two and by the time I have to hulk, i usually have enough AP to burst him down.

Oooh jesus. This is gonna be bad. My 2/0/2 Hulk isn’t gonna have a good time.

Great, Human torch covers. I guess I can feed some more iso to my now max coverd hulk.

Hate that team but that’s probably a good call. Good nukes against Hulk and Fathor will never need a health pack. I really miss the Hood when I have to use teams like this.

Guess I should prepare myself for the slog.

Ugh, I wonder if that means that I should burn 5k HP on LT covers. Still can’t bring myself to spend that much HP on covers but it’s really tempting here…

Don’t do it, your right, its a terrible waste. Bagman is a much better buy, and cheaper! Yes, level up bagman! (jedi mind tricks) You will buy bagman covers icon_twisted.gif

Decisions decisions…go with Spidey and stun everyone into oblivion or go with all offense and have some slugfests…

Yeah I really can’t decide here.. I really wanted to use my patch to get some strike tiles and faster matches but hulk is fully covering all his tiles so Patch red would be useless and i’m sure the AI would use that half the time.. Spidey and c mags it is I guess.. God these matches are gonna take forever…
