I received tokens last night from the new Spider-Friends quests. These tokens were added to the current Villains (aka Spider-Foes) vault. So it looks like the tokens are transferrable and can be used in either of the 2 Spider vaults.
It does say at the top of the thread “depending on which side you choose” but it wasn’t clear to me that we could hold off on using the current tokens until the next one opens. If that’s the case, depending on your roster and which characters are more desirable, players may want to save their tokens.
The current Villains vault ends in 2 hours, and the next Hero vault should start afterwards.
All of my new tokens are post-event for the vault that does not exist yet. I cannot use them in the Spider-foe With Great Power vault.
Did you update to 344.7, the hot fix? I wonder if there is a difference there.
Or maybe it’s just another snafu.
None of my so far 26 already earned tokens for the Comes Great vault are usable for the open With Great vault.
And vice versa.

I do have a post-event for the Comes Great Responsibility Hero vault. The same tokens were added to the current Villains vault. This is similar to how we’ve seen 2 active vaults with tokens which can be pulled from either of them.
My Villains tokens increased significantly after I added the tokens from the Spider-Friends quests (had maybe 20 tokens before, and 57 tokens after). I decided to pull as I had enough tokens to clear, reset the With Great Power Villains vault (it IS resettable), and pull some more.
On a related note, I did pull from the post-event vault when the initial Spider-Foes quests started. Since the odds reset each time on every pull for post-event vaults, there is a chance of pulling multiple times for the same item. I pulled one of the 5* shards twice (can’t remember which one off the top of my head) and 6x for a LT.
So you’ve been playing with X-Men Heroic for a week then?

What’s very odd is that if you didn’t update, not only do you still have X-Men heroic, but the PVE was four days instead of three.

Presumably the update pulled in the updated version of the event. Heroic X-men was 2 seasons ago, so it’s probably running the prior version of the PVE from back in May or whenever.
I dunno why they haven’t forced an update to the hot fix yet.
Probably for the same reason we haven’t heard a peep from them allll week?
Lack of object permanence. If you don’t observe the problem, there is no problem.

I know it’s just a small disappointment in the wake of everything else, but I was so disappointed not to actually get any 6-star Spider-Man costumes - he’s so goofy looking but the only 6 star I’m particularly interested in (I’ll take shards in any but don’t think the rest are exactly good beyond their tier), and I’ve been playing less so I was thinking at least there’d be a costume to play for.
Just feels like the game is nothing but feel-bad moments recently.

One crazy thing is the vault costumes differ as to whether you have the “hotfix” or not. I have a 4 Miles costume and apparently the people on OG 344 have Superior Octopus.
Neither one being a 6SM costume is disappointing to me too.
Things that would have made sense to happen:
Buff 5* MCU Spider-Man
Costumes
5* Punisher
6* Cosmic Spidey promotion
Instead we get a Bullseye PvP.

To be fair we just got a 5* Punisher.
But the rest, yeah. Idk what the heck Bullseye is doing here.

I don’t have him at 550 yet but imagine he could be a good deterrent against Frankie in PvP.
