Let’s face it: Gamora, Rocket and Groot are getting a bit tired on the Title screen, and it’s high time we got something new. Not only have the devs managed to avoid discussing the important issue of changing the splash screen for consecutive Q&A’s, but not a single one of us has even thought to ask them about it! There’s really only one thing left to do: speculate and write up our own wishlists!
I think it’s likely that the next update to the splash screen will feature 4* characters only - probably Starlord, Elektra and Fury. We might also get Deadpool and his Whales back again when Daily PvE arrives.
Beast’s Mutagenic Breakthrough, but instead of him cooking up something funky in those beakers, he’s punching a double chamber cone. Let’s face it, he may as well be stoned for all the good he does you.
Can we combine the op and first reply and have deadpool and his whales facing off against squirrel girl and her squirrels?
But then we’d wind up with something like this:
SQUIRRELS! WHALES! SQUIRRELS!
Squirrel Girl unleashes the power of squirrel! Or maybe whales! Or maybe puns involving whales or squirrels! Or some kind of squirrel-whale hybrid, that… Well, in any event, the enemy team is damaged for SQUIRREL! points. Or maybe not. Does not cost Deadpool Points, unless it does. Oh, also converts one of the enemy team to a max level X-force, just for giggles.
We just need a new splashscreen. Maybe the next one will contain the three next characters to be released? Sort of like a tease towards who will come next. And didn’t the splashscreen used to have some kind of accompanying sound? Like a thunderstorm or something? Why did they take that off?
If we’re going to have an X-Men loading screen, we need Cyclops and Prof X up front (if Prof happens to be the next 4* coming), with Beast trying to pretend he isn’t there in the background.
