Standard token luck

Yesterday evening I opened 2 standard tokens. I was shocked. Both of them were bearing golden cover:

but don’t get derailed… I once tried (from pure boredom and despair) to sacrifice 15000 ISO to buy 30 standard tokens hoping that there will be at least one golden cover, resulting to only 1* and occasional 2* covers.

I often find that, a couple of 3* close together followed by days of nothing… But the possibility of getting that rare card out of something free, or cheap, always appealing. Have had 1 X-Force and 1 Invisible Woman from them too, must have had incredible luck!

Only one of my friends has gotten a 4* out of a standard so it must be VERY rare for a 4* char. To give you an idea, I’m at about 230 days and have never gotten a 4* from a standard

I’m at 474, so 2 4* from that many days is pretty low I guess.

i’ve had a nick fury from a standard and yesterday i got the last red deadpool cover i needed

I’ve tracked about 1200 standard tokens and never gotten a 4*. My odds are pretty similar to the rest of the community. Longest actual streak was IM35 5 times in a row (and 7 of 8), which isn’t too hard, a 1/13000 chance or so.

Based on the user data, it’s about 1 in about 4000 or so.

I know one of my very first rare pulls was an XForce from a standard, but since I started tracking 8 months ago, I’ve got zero as well.

If I recall correctly I got a X-Force, and possibly Fury and IW from standards within a short time of starting play. (On day 134 as of this post) I haven’t got a single 4* in standards in a looong time, but I have pulled another X-Force and a Starlord from Heroics (10-pack and Grocket PVE respectively)

Not sure what the pull rate for 4* from standard is, but it seems I get about 1 3* for every 100 standards. I’m at the point where I’m ISO heavy and cover light so I spam the standards when my ISO goes over 10k if I don’t have a character to put it into. Not the best strategy, I admit, but then again, if I didn’t do it I wouldn’t have alot of the covers I do.

I opened 40 standard tokens yesterday I had been saving up from the last few events. I got the same two covers as you. I usually get a 3
about every 40-50, so I’m considering myself lucky. Not two cover lucky though…

In 150 days i’ve probably gotten 1 3 or 4 star every 10 days. Other than x-Force and Fury that i got… I know i’ve gotten like three Torch 3* Stands out in the memory because i got two in quick succession right before that PVE that required him for the bonus nodes.
