The animation for star Lords yellow acticates both when the countdown timer appears and disappears.
This is a bit excessive and cannot be intentional.

I agree. Maybe they wanted to remind players that they’re getting some AP, but it’s too much. Loki’s countdowns don’t do that.
Agree. Once per tile creation is enough. It gets confusing when it’s used for tile resolution as well.
