Star lord yellow team up has no effect?

I had 9 red, with Ares, and was about to eat a goon countdown tile, so I launched a yellow star lord team up that explicitly said it effected friendly red abilities by 2. This should have reduced rampage to cost 8, but after I used the team up – nothing. Rampage still costed 10.

maybe glitch some times countdown effect tiles do work right when their user is not on the field. hope they fix it.

We have identified the issue internally are working on a fix for it. Expect to see a fix in a future patch.
