So, no seeds. Again. WTF can’t they fix that bug?

First match. My max-cover but not yet 166 Sentry, champ DP, champ SW, versus loaner Sentry, champ IM40, champ SW. 55 points I think.

I won the match but ate a 5-cover Ballistic Salvo, 5-cover Unibeam (who the heck builds IM40 that way?), and the loaner Supernova for good measure. Healing times of 4H+ on everyone but DP.

Stupid, stupid, stupid matchmaking. There’s no good reason for PVP to be a bloodbath from match #1.

Hmm… Actually based on the opponent team, it ought to be an easy team for you. You have 2 champs (4* and 3*) he has 2 champs but 2 3* champs. You have a higher level sentry while he was using a loaner.

It must have gone bad because of the cascades. A cascade can cause Im40 to get the yellow ap for recharge and everything can go south from there.

I hate this PVP so much every time it rolls around. Don’t enjoy having to bring Sentry along as part of my team with his self-damaging attacks and he can be a pain to fight at times too.

IM40 didn’t even get his recharge off! Blue just kept appearing for him. And then red too while Sentry was taking a 5-turn nap. And my DP is the 3* not the 4*. So it should have been a not-too-difficult win, really. I didn’t anticipate needing 3 freaking health packs. But, such is the state of PVP these days.

Really wish I had a maxed Quake to use here…

I don’t like this event.

I find myself completely ignoring my Sentry. I don’t use his yellow, he hurts himself, needs healing. I don’t use his red, he hurts everyone else, needs healing. His green, well I’m probably using another character’s power anyway.

I just used Deadpool and Switch to climb to 725, ignoring Sentry completely, and called it quits.

No seed teams in “Sharp Dressed” too. I’m lucky to fight a championed (and boosted) IF, Patch and Luke for first points. icon_eek.gif

PS: What an awful event! I can’t remember when I ever had to use so much health packs for a PVP-event.

High Stakes (Blade) is awful for health packs too.

Frig sakes. Just took on a Witch+Magneto team, and stupid Magneto got TWO blues off. Dumb DP jumped in front of the first one, then ate the second one outright and died. I bailed.

104 points. 104 stinking points and I’m losing matches. What is the point of this matchmaking?!
