Starlord yellow firing out of turn

In battling against Starlord, I fire a power (that isn’t one that ends my turn) and Starlord drops his yellow “everyone with me” tile BEFORE I make my move. This happens EVERY TIME he fires the power - it always drops in the middle of my turn, before I move any tiles.

BUG!!!

How is that a bug? That’s what the power says it does.
