I decided to support the game purchasing the starter pack, but then the app switched to the apple store to confirm credit card data, and when returned to the game it said operation cancelled. I noticed no crystals or runes had been added so I said no problem.
Went at it again, this time successfully ending the transaction, got runes and crystals, and the starter pack advertisement was gone.
But then I received apple’s invoice, charging the starter pack twice, could you please look into this?
I recommend asking for a refund through the Apple store.
D3go will not provide a refund, only offer more fairy dust for the inconvenience.
That has been my experience.
Even when the extra $ cost was due to an error in their software.
