# Starting the app fails with SWW

UPDATE 3-4 hours later - I have been able to start the app and finish a match.

During start of the app a SWW occurs. It seems to occur after logging in.

When attempting to “retrieving coalition data” the error SWW appears.

Selecting RETRY does nothing.

Selecting CANCEL the app continues with trying to “fetching all events”, before a new SWW error appears with only the RETRY option.

I can’t progress further. I wager a server restart is needed.

Playing on IOS on a fully updated iPad and in a fully updated MTGPQ app.

@Champion - no I can’t recall the last time it occurred, but it happens once in a while
