Kamar Taj support level 3 reads “the first use of a yellow power cost 3 abilities less”.
It originally applies to ALL allies. But after the patch, it only applies to the character who equips the support.
I am sad now because being able to cast Apocalypse yellow with 4 ap on T1 is awesome. Now it’s no more 
Was it a nerf or was the Support bugged in the first place and this corrects that?
That’s kinda weird because Shang doesn’t have a yellow ability, so… Yeah.
Might as well call it “Wong’s Pocketwatch” or something.
