Hi. I play the Steam version of the game, and after getting the latest game update I got the new Prologue segment (The Raft) but after completing the tutorial I no longer have access to my old characters…just the ones they gave me for the tutorial. Is this an issue? Do I have to complete the Prologue again to get my characters back? I have over a year lost if I can’t…
I’ve gone back into the PvP events, DPD, and Story events… and all I have are the 1*'s I had to use in the Prologue. Please tell me that I can get my stuff back SOMEWHERE because if I can’t, then I’m pretty much done. 
EDIT: Never mind. The problem righted itself. Would be nice to get a warning next time.
