Storm pvp rewards not received

Hello

I finished 5th in the last storm pvp event and my alliance was first. I still dont have any rewards (4 covers, 10k iso and 350 hp). I also lost all iso i earned in the last LR.

I ve created many tickets but dont have any answer from cs.

Am I the only one ?
Why dont you answer me ?

If i am not sure to get rewards from events, i wont play this game anymore and will spend my money elsewere.
