I tried the basic troubleshooting by restarting the game, the client and even my PC and it didn’t help. Same as the buggy updates that don’t help the state of the game.
Every update is worse than the one before, every update makes the game buggier than before, when will the agony end?
Did you try the basic trouble shooting technique of uninstall and reinstall?
Right Click → Manage → Uninstall?
It is very odd that you don’t have a version number in the lower left corner at all, like:
Anything change lately with your computer’s network, Internet, or VPN?
I haven’t seen anyone else mention this problem before.
Have any other Steam users seen this?
I can very easily get it to be stuck at 42%
But I haven’t been able to reproduce 0%
