Storm the Vault counts Vanguards as supports, but Vault of Catlacan does not.

I’d like to know as well. I observe the same behaviour.
As far as I am aware, Vault of Catlacan should be counting the Vanguard Supports for its effect. I’ll go ahead and pass this up to the team for investigation.
