Subtle nerfing

As pointed out, hulk and storm are more common Han ever. However, they have effectively been nerfed. With the additional hit point increase due to level changes, it now takes more to set off their black and yellow.

Am I wrong, or did powers and tile matches scale up to the exact same effect?

Tile damage and power damage scaled up as well, not just HP.

But 6 more tile damage compared to several hundred or more hp?

I think this also made defense tiles stronger due to the small damage increases.

So some got a boost while the aoe and conditional powers got lowered? I’m guessing we still don’t see too many spideys out there

It’s the same.

Old 3* Thor:
8700 HP
67 Red Tile damage. One 3 match = 201 damage.
8700/201 = ~43 matches

New 3* Thor:
10200 HP
79 Red Tile damage. One 3 match = 237 damage.
10200/237 = ~43 matches

In terms of actual game play nothing has changed between 2 characters in the same tier.

2* are now relatively weaker than 3* so using OBW puts you even more behind than it was before. It’s also much harder to use the 2s in Heroic events, though having Ares better than about 80% of the 3 at level 125 was kind of silly, let alone a level 125 OBW.

Hulk should have anger lowered to 4% to compensate, that way it gets a 17% buff like other skills

Every damaging skill goes up by the same amount. What used to trigger Anger will still trigger Anger from the same tier.

Hulk laugh at puny 2*.

With that reasoning Thor should generate 17% more green and yellow
OBW ought to aggressive recon 17% more AP

AR5 steals 4 AP of all colors at level 15, so it should steal 6 times that at level 94!
