How do you get to have a roster like this? 9 Heroes, ZERO 1* and two maxed 3*.

Put a lot of money in the game to level up certain characters, sell all your 1*s so they’re not taking up roster space? Probably impossible without putting a lot of money in the game, but I could see it.
By selling the 1*s for more roster space and spending a little to get the extra covers for only 2 characters.
That doesn’t seem suspicious
