T100 teams inquiry

Hey guys, wanted to ask what scores per player a top 100 team tends to have. I know with the new scoring system it’s been a bit more competitive but wanted to ballpark it to see what I can do to get my team up there.

First three PVP events this season:

Top Gun: #79/786 average
Fly-Fight-Win: #61/894 average
Stay On Target: #77/823 average

650-700 average is probably a safe bet.

How about a perspective from the guys (and girl) who are sitting right on the edge? icon_cool.gif

  • Top Gun: #100, avg. 741.9
  • Fly-Fight-Win: #98, avg. 830.35
  • Stay on Target: #105, avg. 760.5
  • Most Wanted (current): #80, avg. 754.7

I’d say Honu’s guess is a smidge low. It’s probably safer to consider 750-800 if you want to contend. Good luck!

With Most Wanted complete, we came out #13 with a 1007.5 team average. From my own experience, if you score well enough, don’t stick around carrying an alliance floating around #100. Plenty of higher ones looking to fill spots still.

We used to have a 650 points minimum per event, 8k minimum for the season (complementing with SHIELD training). Nowadays? it’s still a bit early to tell for sure, but we’re thinking of making it 800 minimum per event.

Similar to Plygrim. We used to be 600, this season each player has naturally gone up to around 700 without the min being officially changed.

But we don’t really sweat the rewards that much these days. T100 for sure. Anything more than that is a bonus.

At some point I’ll put seasons 12-14 in there, but since scoring in those seasons is mostly different than this one, seasons 8-11 are probably a better gauge at this point. (Seasons 1-4 were more than 10 events per season, season 6 was strangely 9 events)

So basically need about 8500 on average, but obviously some guys pull more weight than others. So 8k is probably still a safe number, even in the brave new world.

Most wanted had almost exactly 750 average for T100.

Same here. Between 37th and 77th, largely around 57th this season. Min was 600, people seem to have naturally moved to average 800 per player, so we haven’t changed anything. We’ve floated one or two members who couldn’t play due to the crash bug with no issues.

One more tip - if you’re very close to the top 100, it will take a good amount of work but you can do it with organic growth if you like your crew. We did that, but it took 3 painful seasons of near misses; the benefit is that your group will be super loyal after that.

If you’re closer to 200 than 100, and you want to be in the top 100, either quit and join up with an existing group that is already top 100 or try to find a merger.

600 t0 700 was last season top 100.. I say your going to start seeing teams demanding 800 to 900 Pts min to be in a top 100 team.

my brackets
600 82th
634 185th (needed 900+ for top 100)

Points were increased by 50%

Prior top 100 averages were ~600 per person according to this thread.
600 x 1.5 = 900 points per person.

Yet the average appears to be around the ~775 range in reality.

Interesting results.
The numbers suggest it’s actually gotten easier to be in a top 100 alliance now than before.
Course those are just numbers without consideration for actual gameplay.

how can you say its eaiser last season hit 550 to 600 pts never had to sheild could made 100

this season 750 but down to 600 if no shil.

You would always drop from 750 to 600 with no shield. I am finding progressions much easier to reach, as my average per event has gone from 635 last season to 930 this season. Because of the success that I am having, I am more willing to spend 150 or 225 hp on shields, rather than the 75 hp only that I have been in seasons past. And having the 4 star cover within reach has been a great thing this season.
