Are there any other options, like phone support or chat, to help get technical support issues resolved?
Currently leveling almost all of the 2 star heroes is costing me double points and this roadblock is really impeding my progress and staying competitive. Email support is moving slow and now I am receiving generic responses to my inquiries.
That minus sign is worrying me. I suggest you not to spend any Iso-8 on those chars with minus signs till they resolve your support ticket. Looks to be a bug. I remember someone posted about this in the forum somewhere.
