While fighting the guy that spawns the red devil’s, Teferi’s 3rd ability had no effect no matter how many cards I drew. Gonna try in a different match and reread the event rules to make sure I’m not missing something.
Update: this is not confined to just that specific event.
Alhammarret’s Archive may be causing this.
@magusnebula I can confirm that there is a known issue with Alhammarret’s Archive that prevents draw effects from triggering properly. Do you recall if this card was in play when you experienced this problem?
